PHILADELPHIA - A SEPTA revenue officer is facing charges after video showed him punching a man and knocing him to the ground at Frankford Transportation Center in September.The September 20th assault was caught on video and shows the revenue officer, identified as Brian Schofield, throwing multiple punches at the victim and striking him at least once in the face in the concourse of the busy SEPTA stop located on the 5200 block of Frankford Avenue.
