Coronavirus: Quebec health officials says all criteria must be examined to determine alert level
Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé on Tuesday said he is “worried” with regards to the increase in COVID-19 cases, however he is also trying to be “constructive” in recognizing how quickly changes can take place. He said the criteria for determining the threat level under the province’s new COVID-19 alert system includes the number of cases per million residents and the number of outbreaks in the province.
