South Ayrshire has been revealed.Figures show the worst-affected neighbourhood with 32 deaths is Ayr South Harbour and town centre.
There were 20 Covid-linked fatalities registered in the Prestwick Airport and Monkton area and 18 in Dalmilling.Tragically, people lost their lives after contracting coronavirus in all parts of the local authority region.
The death toll was lowest in Newton North, Ayr, and Craigie with the loss of one life in each area.The National Records of Scotland has released the death registrations for each neighbourhood from the beginning of the pandemic up until December 31.Ayr, Carrick and Cumnock MP Allan Dorans said: “My thoughts are with all those who have lost loved ones and friends at this time.
