‘Black Panther’ actress Carrie Bernans seen in graphic photos after ‘traumatic’ NYC New Year’s Eve hit-and-run accident

People that Bernans’ young child was not with her at the time.The incident occurred amid a police foot chase after officers were informed of a physical assault involving the 44-year-old male driver of a black Mercedes and a 34-year-old female passenger.Police tried “to de-escalate the situation” and ordered the man to put his Mercedes into park.

However, he resisted and kept on driving, turning right onto 7th Avenue. Once he reached westbound 34th St., he smashed into a food cart and plowed into “two 39-year-old female pedestrians, a 31-year-old female pedestrian and a 29-year-old female pedestrian.”Two policemen were also injured, as well as the car’s female passenger.

The driver then “mounted the curb onto the sidewalk again” and hit two parked cars.“Officers were then able to remove the operator and place him into custody,” the police said.The perpetrator was sent to Bellevue Hospital and is in critical condition while the other injured victims were transferred to NYC hospitals.
