Kylie Jenner is attempting to nullify a trademark held by a company that copyrighted the name 'Stormi Couture' just after her daughter Stormi Webster was born.The 22-year-old tried to copyright her daughter's name last year only for the firm Business Moves Consulting to sue her over its own Stormi Couture trademark.In response Kylie is insisting Business Moves only got the copyright to profit off her toddler and it should therefore be thrown out, TMZreports, citing court documents.
