Retired California police chief grateful he survived coronavirus
WINDSOR, Calif. - A Sonoma County family has a message of gratitude and caution for the holiday season. "Emotionally it's really something because a few months back I didn't know if I'd see another Thanksgiving," said Carlos Basurto, 51, a survivor of the coronavirus and a retired Windsor police chief.
