Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Jennifer Lopez Appear on One World: Together at Home Album

Global Citizen has shared the soundtrack to the One World: Together at Home broadcast, a livestreamed event in support of the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization. The 79-song album featuring live performances from the event is out now via Universal; all streaming revenue from the compilation will also be donated to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. Listen to Bright Eyes’ New Song “Forced Convalescence”

Bright Eyes have shared another new song. “Forced Convalescence” features Flea on bass, Jon Theodore (of the Mars Volta and Queens of the Stone Age) on drums and percussion, and Kip Skitter on percussion. The track follows “Persona Non Grata,” which was the single Conor Oberst and the group released in March along with confirmation an LP was on the way. (The album still hasn’t been detailed.) Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong Covers “That Thing You Do!”: Listen

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong has been sharing covers while he’s self-isolating at home. In March, he played “I Think We’re Alone Now.” And, earlier this month, Armstrong covered San Francisco punk band Avengers’ “Corpus Christi.” Now, he’s performed “That Thing You Do!” in tribute to the late songwriter Adam Schlesinger. Florence and the Machine Share New Song “Light of Love”: Listen

Florence and the Machine have shared a previously unreleased song from the sessions for 2018’s High as Hope. The track is called “Light of Love,” and Florence Welch said she’s releasing it “as a little token of [her] love.” Welch also said she plans to donate all her proceeds from the song to the United Kingdom’s Intensive Care Society. Angel Olsen has shared a new remix of “All Mirrors,” from her album of the same name, produced by Chromatics’ Johnny Jewel. “I’ve been listening to Chromatics for years but I never thought I’d get the chance to meet them or work with Johnny, it’s always interesting to me what other people hear in something, how one slight movement can change a song completely,” she wrote in a statement. Bon Iver’s Merch Sales to Benefit Coronavirus Relief in Wisconsin

Bon Iver have announced that they will donate 10% of their merch sales to Wisconsin residents who have been affected by coronavirus (COVID-19). The initiative is in partnership with Ambient Inks, and will run through April 10, benefitting Chippewa Valley Artist Relief Fund and Feed My People. Additionally, Ambient Inks will donate 100% of their share of webstore proceeds.
