A Perthshire politician has suggested that creating a “bi-school” in eastern Perthshire could resolve re-zoning issues between Invergowrie Primary School and Harris Academy.Perthshire North MSP John Swinney made the point as part of his consultation letter to Dundee City Council, labelling plans to cut the Perthshire primary from the Dundee secondary school’s catchment area as “flawed”.The cabinet secretary for education and skills wrote to Paul Clancy, executive director of children and families services at Dundee City Council, last week and suggested Dundee City Council and Perth and Kinross Council look at creating a bi-school, as opposed to the original tri-school plan which involved Angus Council.In his letter, Mr Swinney said: “I have
