There are at least 129 active cases.The death, the fourth to be recorded this month and the first since Nov. 7, involved a woman in her 70s who was not associated with a long-term care or retirement home, according to the health unit.Few other details have been released.As of Monday, the region has recorded at least 331 cases since the start of November, 10 cases shy of the 341 seen in April — the region’s worst month for cases.As of this week, the region remains in the yellow-protect tier of the province’s restrictions framework.
