Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam said Friday that more than 70 per cent of Canadians intend to get the COVID-19 vaccine once it becomes available to the wider public, according to studies by the Privy Council Office.
She added that some within that group do not want to be first in line for the shot. She also said some statistics indicate a number of health-care workers “still have questions about the vaccine.”.
