Friends reunion TV special delayed due to coronavirus pandemic

The highly anticipated Friends reunion special has been delayed due to the impact of coronavirus on TV production. The programme had been set to launch alongside the HBO Max streaming service in the US in May, however filming has not been able to take place.

Courteney Cox, who played Monica Geller on the beloved comedy, confirmed she and her Friends co-stars were supposed to shoot the reunion special over two days in March.
