Kristin Cavallari's split from Jay Cutler is becoming increasingly acrimonious after the Hills star accused her estranged husband of 'punishing' her financially.
The mum of three, 33, filed fresh court papers on Wednesday which reportedly claim Jay is withholding money from her and blocking her from buying a new home for her and their kids.
TMZ reports that the reality star and her retired NFL player husband are still living under the same roof in Tennessee, but Kristin believes the increasingly strained atmosphere is taking its toll on their boys, Camden, Jaxon and Saylor.
In the new papers she's filed, Kristin has accused Jay of refusing to release funds she needs to buy a new house, after she started hunting for another home last year
