On Friday, police announced that a 14-year-old turned himself in to police. The firearm used in the shooting is still missing and charges are pending, police say. PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating after two young adults were shot and killed in Kingsessing on Thursday. According to police, just before 1:30 a.m., officers with the 12th District responded to multiple 911 calls for a shooting on the 5400 block of Ridgewood Street. Officers arrived on scene and found two teens, ages 18 and 19, with multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Investigators say the 19-year-old was shot on the porch of the home and then ran inside. According to authorities, the 19-year-old was transported to Penn Presbyterian Hospital and he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police are investigating a drive-by shooting that injured a man in Center City on Wednesday night. Officials say officers with the Philadelphia Police Department and SEPTA Transit Police responded to the area of N 17th Street and John F Kennedy Boulevard just after 11 p.m. According to police, officers found a 19-year-old man on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds. SEPTA officers took the man to Jefferson Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition, according to authorities. Police say the man was shot in each arm and in the thigh. Authorities say they are looking for a dark-colored vehicle that was traveling south on N 17th Street when it passed the victim and opened fire, shooting more than 15 times. The windows of the Corner Bakery Cafe in Center City were hit by gunshots during a drive-by shooting that injured a 19-year-old.
