Nick Cordero ‘has not given up’ after having two ‘mini strokes’ in Covid-19 fight

Broadway star Nick Cordero had ‘two mini strokes’ while hospitalised for coronavirus. The 41-year-old has been in intensive care since late March, after contracting Covid-19, and had to have his right leg amputated following blood clot complications.

His wife Amanda Kloots has been sharing updates on Nick’s condition on social media, and posted about his harrowing journey as she reflected on the last picture she took with her husband and their 11-month-old son Elvis before he got sick.

Amanda wrote on Instagram: ‘What this man has gone through! Nick is 41 years old. He had no pre-existing health conditions. We do not know how he got COVID-19 but he did.
