There have been no further deaths of people who previously tested positive for Covid-19 in Northern Ireland. Another 159 confirmed cases of the virus were recorded by the Department of Health in the last 24-hour reporting period.
There are 156 Covid-positive confirmed inpatients in hospital, of whom 18 are being treated in intensive care units. The number of positive cases in the last seven days stands at 1,085, a drop of 234 cases on the previous week .
