Comedian Peter Kay has announced he is making his first TV appearance in two years in honour of raising money to beat the coronavirus pandemic for the BBC's charity show The Big Night In.
The 46-year-old will be joining a long list of celebrities who are taking part in the show which will air on April 23. It will be the first time in two years the funnyman has made an appearance on telly since he filmed Car Share in May 2018.
Lenny Henry announced the news while appearing on Tuesday's episode of BBC's The One Show. He revealed that other celebs on the line up include, Catherine Tate and Gary Barlow.
