CHICAGO - Hundreds of teenagers flooded into Downtown Chicago on Saturday night, smashing car windows, trying to get into Millennium Park, and prompting a major police response. At least one person in a car was attacked.Shots were fired near the corner of Madison and Michigan, and FOX 32 Chicago decided that it was unsafe to keep our news crew on the scene.Two teens were wounded by gunfire in the crowds in the first block of East Washington Street.

JUNIATA PARK - Teamsters Local 830 went on strike Sunday against Liberty Coca-Cola, the largest Coca-Cola bottler and distributor, serving New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.The union represents 400 members at Liberty Coca-Cola’s Philadelphia plant, in Philadelphia’s Juniata Park neighborhood. Their contract expired April 15.Both Liberty Coca-Cola and the union stated they were in intensive contract negotiations several months, but have been unable to reach an agreement.

LINCOLN UNIVERSITY, Pa. - Two people are being sought in a shooting that wounded two others at a university in southeastern Pennsylvania over the weekend, authorities said.Lincoln University security officials said the shooting happened at about 10 p.m. Saturday during "Yardfest," an annual spring event at the Chester County campus near Oxford.Lincoln University's president, Brenda Allen, said in a statement that "a gun was discharged causing two non fatal injuries." DADEVILLE, Ala. - Local reports say a mass shooting in Dadeville, Alabama, has left multiple people dead and more than 20 people injured.Witnesses told The Alexander City Outlook newspaper the shooting happened Saturday night at a 16-year-old’s birthday party.The Tallapoosa County Coroner confirmed there are fatalities, according to a reporter for the ABC affiliate in Birmingham, Alabama. PHILADELPHIA - An early morning crash ended with the death of four people and one man arrested Saturday.Police say the crash happened on the Schuylkill Expressway near the Roosevelt Boulevard exit around 1:45 a.m.According to officials with the Pennsylvania State Police, a car driven by a 31-year-old man crossed lanes of traffic, hitting another vehicle.The man’s car spun around and overturned several times before stopping on the right shoulder of the northbound Roosevelt Boulevard off-ramp.The car he hit was pushed forward into a bridge pillar on the highway, killing everyone inside, state troopers said.MORE HEADLINES:The 31-year-old driver is identified as Victor Spizzirri. SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - It’s the final weekend of the Southeast Youth Athletic Association Carnival and families lined around the block for a chance at some family fun.Last Friday Philadelphia police shut the fair down due to dozens of teenagers who, they say, got out of hand and caused a panic.A 14-year old girl was arrested, but thankfully police say no one was hurt.Jim Houghton has been running the fair for decades and said this is only the second time they’ve had to close early because of fair goers conduct."I’d say even the older kids that were here were not a problem," Houghton said.  "This is just 13, 14, 15-year-old kids boys and girls alike, didn’t matter. It ended up the police shut us down.

TACOMA, Wash. - Pierce County prosecutors charged former Seattle SuperSonic Shawn Kemp with first-degree assault after exchanging gunfire last month in the Tacoma Mall parking lot.At the time, the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney's Office said it was not filing charges for the March 8 incident.According to charging documents, Kemp told Tacoma police he was shot at first, but detectives say that does not line up with video from witnesses. That video allegedly shows Kemp getting out of his car, grabbing a bag from his trunk and firing the gun.Detectives said Kemp was standing where a round of ammunition was found on the ground, and during a search of his car a gun was located.Previously, Kemp's attorney told FOX 13 he fired a gun in self-defense after he tracked his stolen cell phone to the Tacoma Mall.

SAN FRANCISCO - Before Nima Momeni allegedly stabbed high-profile tech executive Bob Lee three times with a kitchen knife, he drove his victim to a secluded area, fuming over some dispute involving his younger sister and vowing to "come down hard" on him, prosecutors alleged in court papers released Friday. Prosecutors outlined the hours before the deadly April 4 encounter, describing Lee hanging out with Momeni's younger sister, Khazar, and other friends, in a court motion seeking to detain the 38-year-old defendant in custody. The San Francisco district attorney's office charged Momeni with murder and an enhancement of using a knife after police arrested him at his Emeryville home on Thursday morning. Momeni made his first court appearance on the charges Friday but did not speak. DEPTFORD, N.J. - It’s been a little over a month since Deptford Police Officer Bobby Shisler was shot in the leg during a traffic stop. Friday, friends, family and fellow officers honored Officer Shisler with a community blood drive.It’s an all-day event, picking up as people left work for the day in the late afternoon. PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Police Department continues its search for suspects connected to the theft of thousands worth of dimes from a truck in Philadelphia. Authorities say officers responded to the parking lot of a Walmart on Byberry Road in the Northeast section of the city. Investigators say responding officers found an unmarked trailer, which contained about $750,000 worth of dimes, broken open. Police say the initial call came in as a theft with a group of ten more males stealing from the trailer. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESAccording to officials, detectives from the Northeast Division and SWAT held the crime scene as investigators surveyed the crime scene. Police say they are searching for multiple male suspects in addition to a white Chrysler 300 and a dark-colored pickup truck. Authorities say about $200,000 worth of dimes were stolen in the heist. Authorities say a parked trailer containing $750k in dimes was broken into overnight. Police found dimes scattered throughout the parking lot and down the street in the aftermath of the heist.

SEOUL, South Korea - North Korea said Friday it flight-tested a solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time, a possible breakthrough in its efforts to acquire a more powerful, harder-to-detect weapon targeting the continental United States.North Korea’s official Korean Central News Agency issued the report a day after the country’s neighbors detected a launch of a long-range missile from near Pyongyang, which extended a run of weapons displays involving more than 100 missiles fired into the sea since the start of 2022.Thursday’s test did not appear to demonstrate the weapon’s full capacity, and it remains unclear how far North Korea has come in mastering technologies to ensure the warhead would withstand atmospheric reentry and accurately strike targets. LAWNCREST - A shooting at a Lawncrest rec center Thursday night comes as the city of Philadelphia is trying to make rec centers safer for kids and with summer just weeks away.Authorities say 27 bullets went flying at the intersection of Rising Sun Avenue and Comly Street. Police say it all started when the owner of a Mustang saw it was being broken into.One of the bullets struck the glass of a nearby daycare center, traveling 30 feet inside to the play area. Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small says no one was hurt."At the time the bullet went into the daycare center, there were a total of 10 people.

Zachary Herbst, Sheila Conway, Robert Sampson, Justin Conway STROUDSBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania man who was arrested for selling drugs to an undercover officer told police that he purchased fentanyl in Kensington to later resell in Monroe County, authorities said. Zachary Herbst, 26, was in a car with his mother, Sheila Conway, and two others when he allegedly sold five bags of heroin/fentanyl to an undercover officer outside a Wawa in Stroudsberg.The arrest follows a two-month investigation into Herbst during which authorities learned that he made frequent trips to Kensington and Paterson, New Jersey to buy drugs for resale. Kensington is over 100 miles away from Monroe County and the drive normally takes about two hours.

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. - Two New Jersey State troopers and a civilian driver were hospitalized after an accident on the Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township Thursday.According to officials, the accident happened about 11 a.m. Thursday morning, at milepost 40.3 on the Black Horse Pike in the Atlantic County community.Authorities said the troopers’ vehicle was hit by an SUV headed east.MORE HEADLINES:The two troopers were taken to an area hospital by an ambulance.

NORTH DIGHTON, Mass. - FBI agents arrested Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira at a home in North Dighton, Massachusetts, on Thursday in relation to a trove of classified documents that have been leaked online in recent months. Police vehicles were seen at a Massachusetts location believed to be connected with the guardsman. The guardsman's security clearance and access to classified government systems have been revoked, according to an internal government document reviewed by Fox News.The guardsman worked on military intelligence systems on a full-time basis, Fox News is told.The National Guard said in a statement it is aware Thursday of the "alleged role a Massachusetts Air National Guardsman may have played in the recent leak of highly-classified documents" from the Pentagon."The National Guard takes this issue very seriously and will support investigators," the National Guard said in a statement.

PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating after a tractor-trailer with thousands of dollars worth of dimes was broken into in a Walmart parking lot. According to authorities, the incident occurred in the parking lot of the Walmart located on Byberry Road in the Northeast Philadelphia section of the city. Officials say the unmarked trailer, which contained approximately $750,000 in dimes, was broken into overnight. Police say they do not know how much was taken from the truck. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESSKYFOX flew over the scene Thursday morning, where dimes could be seen scattered across an area of the parking lot. SWAT personnel are on scene, according to police. This is a developing story.

BOISE, Idaho - Melanie Gibb, the former best friend of Lori Vallow, the so-called "Doomsday mom" who's accused of killing her two youngest children," is testifying in an Idaho courtroom on Thursday. The focus in court on April 12 shifted to the relationship between Vallow and her husband, Chad Daybell. A captain in the Madison County Jail who manages the jail's Telmate system for inmates took the stand, and the jury heard a call between the couple that took place in June 2020, as Fremont County Sheriff's deputies and the FBI searched Daybell's property.In the call, Vallow can be heard asking if they are seizing stuff, and Daybell replied that authorities were searching.Cameras are not permitted in the courtroom, but you can listen to the audio.

MISSOURI - It looks like Kansas City is still celebrating victory in Super Bowl LVII based on a new promotion from a milk company in the state. The Shatto Milk Company in Osborn, Missouri, located about 59 miles from Kansas City, is releasing limited-edition milk bottles trolling Philadelphia Eagles fans. The clear bottles are labeled with the title "Eagle Tears" in green letters. According to the company, the milk is cheesecake flavored and only 11,000 bottles will be made. The brand took to social media, saying, "Bottling them was no easy feat. PHILADELPHIA - A death investigation is underway after the body of a dead man was discovered in Philadelphia. According to police, the body was recovered from the Delaware River in the area of Christopher Columbus Boulevard and Race Street just after 8 a.m. on Thursday. Officials say a man in his 30s, currently being identified as a John Doe, was found unresponsive. Authorities say he had a gunshot wound to the right side of his head. He was pronounced dead by medics on scene, according to law enforcement. This is a developing story.

PHILADELPHIA - Homicide detectives with the Philadelphia Police Department are investigating the shooting death of a man in Philadelphia, authorities say. According to officials, the shooting occurred on the 2100 block of Gould Street in the city's Southwest Philadelphia section just after midnight on Thursday. Authorities say a 28-year-old man was shot once in the stomach. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESHe was transported to Penn Presbyterian Hospital by police, where he was pronounced dead at 12:58 a.m., per police. Officials say the shooting scene has not been found and no arrest has been made.
