Prince William has thanked staff and volunteers at Child Bereavement UK for their "vital" work during the coronavirus pandemic.
In a heartfelt letter to the charity launched by his mother Princess Diana in 1994, the Duke of Cambridge described the service as a "crucial lifeline" for suffering children - adding he remains "ever grateful and inspired by the vital work you do".
William, who is patron of the charity, felt moved to contact the organisation after hearing of the challenges of their roles amid the coronavirus crisis.
