Ricky Gervais has admitted the coronavirus pandemic has made him a more "positive" person and he's vowed to stop sneering at the world.
The Office creator says he now feels more "social responsibility" and wants to do more to lift spirits during the global crisis.
In an interview with GQ Hype, he explained: "I sort of feel a social responsibility. I do feel that more. "Like, I want to do stuff.
I’m tweeting more. I’m being more positive. I want to be... "I mean, I’m not going to be the Vera Lynn, but do you know what I mean, though? "I think I feel like I want to do something to help as opposed to just sneer." It comes after Ricky, 58, took aim at other rich stars for "moaning" in their mansions during lockdown.
