Primary school bosses have been accused of keeping families in the dark over Covid cases. Families with children at Light Oaks Infants and Juniors in Salford claim they are not being told about positive cases that have arisen.

Those with youngsters in Infants say they weren't told about cases in Year 6, which, as reported earlier this week, resulted in all three classes having to isolate.

And those with children in Juniors say they've not been informed about a positive case in the Infants, but have heard from other families that Reception youngsters are isolating following a confirmed case.
