Phillip Schofield ignored health and safety rules on today's This Morning. Phil's defiance came during another chaotic Spin to Win segment, which has already gained a reputation for never going to plan.
And today, it was complete and utter chaos, as the Spin to Win wheel failed to come down from the rafters. Attempting to get it down from the ceiling, Phil climbed up a ladder to try and pull it down.
