Joe Exotic has been placed in coronavirus isolation after showing symptoms of the killer disease. The 57-year-old Tiger King star, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, is serving 22 years in prison for his part in a suspected murder-for-hire plot and his current husband, Dillon Passage, has spoken out about Joe's current status.

Exotic is reportedly 'keeping his distance from other prisoners' as the Covid-19 pandemic reaches all parts of the globe. Speaking to Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM Radio Andy show on Wednesday, Dillon shared the news about Joe's quarantine situation behind bars.

Dillon said: "We speak like three to five times every day, but since he’s been moved to this new facility, they are putting him on a COVID-19
