OTTAWA -- Ottawa Public Health is reporting two new deaths in Ottawa linked to COVID-19. There are now six deaths linked to novel coronavirus in Ottawa.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Vera Etches told reporters on Wednesday afternoon that the two deaths were not linked to institutional outbreaks of COVID-19 in Ottawa.
Ottawa Public Health will provide no other details about the deaths to respect the privacy of the person and their families.
