A community midwife from Co Tyrone who works at a hospital in London has said being on the cover of British Vogue magazine is a bit surreal.
Rachel Millar said she hopes it is a reminder to people that everyday jobs do make a difference and you do not need to have a huge social media following to make an impact.
Speaking on RTÉ's Morning Ireland, Ms Millar, who works at Homerton Hospital in east London, explained that the photo was taken during a normal shift on the labour ward and she had no idea there was potential for it to go on the cover.
She said she did not quite believe it when she was first told. Jokingly, she said that she expected her mum to buy up all the copies of Vogue in her local Tesco.
