Ten people have appeared at a special Saturday night sitting of the Dublin District Court at the Criminal Courts of Justice on charges connected to an anti-lockdown protest in Dublin city centre.
Five were from Dublin, with the others giving addresses in other counties. They were all charged with failing to give their names and addresses when required by a Garda.
One woman was also charged with travelling more than 5 kilometres from her home in contravention of the Covid regulations. One man was charged with possession of a knife.
Ian McCann, 38, from Kylemore Drive, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 was arrested on Victoria Quay on Saturday afternoon after failing to give his name and address when required by a Garda.
