PHILADELPHIA - A young boy is recovering after he was shot in South Philadelphia.At approximately 11:39 p.m., Philadelphia police responded to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for reports of a shooting victim that had arrived by Uber.MORE LOCAL COVERAGE:Police say a 14-year-old boy was shot once in the back.
The incident occurred at 26th and Morris Streets, which is near the Vare Recreation Center basketball court. The victim is currently listed in stable condition.
