Two employees at Shoppers Drug Mart locations in southwestern New Brunswick have tested positive for COVID-19. In an email to customers Sunday night, the company confirmed that employees at the Shoppers Drug Mart locations in Quispamsis and Saint John had tested positive for the virus that causes the disease. “We understand that you may have questions and want to assure you that we take your safety, and the safety of our team, very seriously,” the email reads.

According to one of the statements, the employee at the Saint John location hasn’t been at the store since March 20. There was no date provided for the last time the employee at the Quispamsis location was on site.
