PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of a suspect in the homicide of two men.

Police say the homicide by shooting happened on Friday, December 3. It occurred at approximately 4:47 a.m. on the 4000 block of Passmore Street in the Mayfair section of the city.
