NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead and a teen wounded near a high school in Mayfair.It happened on the 7400 block of Rowland Avenue around the area of Lincoln High School.According to police, a 16-year-old boy was shot once in the back of the head.

He was taken to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital in critical condition. SKYFOX flew over the scene Monday afternoon. A 65-year-old was also shot in the head.
