Aberdeen have put plans for their new £50million stadium on hold. The Dons had planned to replace Pittodrie with a state of the art new venue at Kingsford. But Pittodrie chairman Dave Cormack admits the coronavirus crisis has led to the plans being mothballed indefinitely, although he insists the Dons will survive the shutdown.Cormack fears Scottish football faces meltdown due to the pandemic and has brought in £2m of extra funding to keep his club afloat.
