Adele has shown off her staggering three stone weight loss in a sexy throwback snap from a trip to Las Vegas. The pop superstar, 32, is seen looking slender in a tight black mini-dress in a picture that was shared by Aaron Paul's wife Lauren.

In the picture, she's seen posing in a Las Vegas hotel room on a "sleepover" with a group of friends, including pal Lauren Paul.
