BBC newsreader Huw Edwards has revealed he has been fighting pneumonia in hospital before urging Britain to "keep safe and follow the guidelines".
The 58-year-old veteran broadcaster is expected to return to work in the next week having been discharged from Kings College Hospital in Camberwell, London.
In a Twitter post, Mr Edwards wrote: "Big thanks to @KingsCollegeNHS for superb care #pneumonia I'll be back at @BBCNews this week — keep safe everyone and follow the guidelines #StayHomeSaveLives."
