Amanda, 49, has taken to Instagram Stories this afternoon to share a selfie with her 1.5 million followers wearing a skintight grey sports vest as she keeps fit during coronavirus lockdown.

The blonde bombshell tied up her trademark locks out of her face and completed her work out look by wearing a clear visor on the top of her head.

Mum-of-two Amanda posed up a storm for the camera as she enjoys her exercise outdoors. The Heart radio presenter, who marked her one year anniversary at the station yesterday, cheekily penned "running and rosé" alongside her latest social media update.
