Bolton Wanderers Community Trust estimates the coronavirus pandemic has cost it £200,000 in lost income. The club's registered charity uses sport and positive engagement provide quality experiences to the wider community.
It focuses on narrowing the gap of disadvantage in health, education, disability and inclusion in Bolton. The charity runs more than 30 different programmes across the town, often with some of the most disadvantaged groups and deprived areas of Bolton.
It includes children in the care system, the disabled, those suffering from poor mental health, older isolated and lonely adults, BAME, the unemployed and those from low income families/backgrounds.
