A primary school teacher from West Lothian has been looking after the parents and children from her school living in isolation.Principal teacher, Alison McCarney, from Blackburn Primary school has been travelling around in her car delivering food parcels and school work to families in isolation from the coronavirus.The school has a deep social conscience and run a community larder initiative that is restocked by pupils and families every week so they were well placed to help out.Mrs McCarney explained: “In the current situation the Head Teacher, Miss Clarkson, and I decided that we would make up food bags for some of our most vulnerable families especially those in self isolation.
