This is the adorable moment an elderly couple in self-isolation performed a rousing rendition of Vera Lynn's "We'll Meet Again" from their sofa.
Rex Taylor, 86, cares for his 83-year-old wife Selina, who has Alzheimer’s disease, but the couple have had to stay indoors for the past fortnight after the government stressed over-70s are most at risk of coronavirus.
But they decided to cheer up their friends and family by singing the duet of the wartime hit and posting it on Facebook. The poignant video has now had more than one million views.
The clip shows the couple, who have been married for 63 years, sat on their sofa in their living room in Ripley, Derbyshire, befoe they break into song. Do you have a coronavirus story to share?
