Coronavirus outbreak: Scientists explain why some in South Korea tested positive for COVID-19 twice

South Korea reported 141 cases of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 a second time, after initially testing negative following recovery.

While scientists are trying to determine why, they believe the positive tests are likely due to some sort of relapse or reactivation, meaning the coronavirus which causes COVID-19 went into a dormant state before reviving itself.
