Covid-related guidelines till 30 June to stem the spread of coronavirus.In a statement, the MHA has asked states to ensure local containment measures in high caseload districts.
It said the guidelines issued on 29 April for the month of May will continue till 30 June.The Centre said the strict implementation of containment and other measures has led to a declining trend in the number of new and active cases, across states and UTs, barring some areas in the Southern and North-Eastern regions.It further said that despite the declining trend, the number of active coronavirus cases at present is still very high in the country.However, the home ministry didn't mention anything about the imposition of lockdown anywhere in India in the fresh.
