The Department of Health has reported 377 new cases of Covid-19. There are 26 Covid-patients in ICUs across the country. The update comes as a new walk-in and drive-through testing centre will open tomorrow at Mick Neville Park in Rathkeale, Co Limerick in response to the concern over rising Covid-19 infection figures in the county.

The free service will operate from 11am to 7pm tomorrow and Wednesday. In Northern Ireland, the Department of Health there reported 54 new cases and no further deaths.

Meanwhile bars, restaurants and cafés can resume outdoor service today as part of the latest lifting of Covid-19 restrictions.
