Delhi logs 1,491 Covid cases, 130 deaths in last 24 hours; positivity rate drops below 2%

Delhi on Wednesday recorded 1,491 new Covid-19 cases in a span of 24 hours, the lowest since 27 March, while 130 fatalities were reported as the positive rate dipped below 2% to 1.93%, according to the daily health bulletin.This is the fourth day in a row that the daily cases in Capital have remained below 2,000.The number of active Covid-19 cases stands at 19,148.
In addition, the capital saw 3,952 recoveries in a day, pushing the number of recovered cases to over 13.7 lakh.On Tuesday, the national capital had recorded 1,568 fresh Covid-19 cases and 156 fatalities.
The positivity rate was 2.14%.On Monday, Delhi had witnessed 1,550 fresh cases of coronavirus and 207 fatalities. The positivity rate was 2.52%.On Sunday, 1,649 cases and 189.
