Jacob Glanville, operator of San Francisco-based Distributed Bio, said in a tweet that he and his team have “generated extremely potent picomolar antibodies” that are “blocking the novel coronavirus from infecting human cells.”So how were these antibodies developed?In an interview with Radio New Zealand show Checkpoint, Glanville said his team successfully took five antibodies that were found to bind, neutralize, block and stop the SARS virus in 2002.“We’ve evolved them in our laboratory, so now they very vigorously block and stop the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus as well,” he said.FOX News
