Dr Alex shared a photo of himself having a socially distanced discussion with PM Boris, 56, with cameras capturing the moment.

He then shared a screenshot of himself alongside the photo on Instagram, writing: “The Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, has appointed me as the Ambassador for Mental Health.
