Ed Woodward says Manchester United are anticipating the safe return of the Premier League and European competition in the coming weeks as the Red Devils gear up for the end of the season.
United are battling for a top four finish in the league and are still in the FA Cup and Europa League, both of which could be finished in August once the domestic season has come to a close.
Woodward announced United's latest financial results on Thursday, confirming that the club's net debt has risen to an alarming £429.1million during the coronavirus crisis, but despite those worries the club's executive vice-chairman is looking forward towards the end of the season as the club's players return to training.
