A drugs runner who was caught with 10kg of amphetamines that had been hidden at a £21,000-a-year private school has been jailed.
Ex-Ocado driver Clive Latter, 61, was behind the wheel of the van, that had two hidden compartments, when he was stopped on September 20 last year.
St Albans Crown Court heard drugs had being ferried from Haberdashers' Aske's Independent school in Hertfordshire to an address in Watford where they were put into a van.
The court was told that when Latter was stopped by police in Watford and was asked if he was transporting cocaine he said: "No, speed - amphetamine", Mail Online reports.
