Florida public school students across the state won’t be returning to their school campuses until at least April 15, according to an email from Seminole County Public Schools sent to families Tuesday.
Gov. Ron DeSantis and the Florida Department of Education informed Florida Superintendents of several changes to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
A spokesperson for the Department of Education said DeSantis recommended that K-12 schools will stay on extended break until at least April 15.
