John Torode has been spending lockdown isolating with wife Lisa Faulkner at their London home, which has been quite the talking point over recent weeks, thanks to the star almost burning it down.

We’re not kidding. Appearing on This Morning, John had been filming a live cooking segment, but failed to realise that he’d actually set his tea towel on fire and, well, his homely cottage-like kitchen could have gone up in smoke.
