Soap star Jacqueline Jossa has opened up on her battle with anxiety and revealed that she has been in therapy for 14 years - as she returns to EastEnders after five years.
In an interview with The Sun, Jacqueline said she thinks that “everyone should have therapy” and that it is “amazing”. She said: “I’ve had it since I was 17.
You want someone to talk to . . . so I’ve always been really open to it and it’s always been part of my life. I dip in and out of it whenever I need to”.
She also said that the techniques that she learned in therapy have helped her cope with different stresses that she has faced in life.
