A YouTube has sadly passed away at 54 years old, just days after sharing a heartfelt goodbye video. Beloved reptile influencer Brian Barczyk, who had a following of over 1.6 million on Instagram, died in Michigan after battling stage-four pancreatic cancer.
His company, The Reptarium, shared the heartbreaking news with his many followers, describing Brian as someone who "touched countless hearts and minds around the world." Just days before, Brian had shared a moving 16-minute farewell video with his fans, where he confessed: "We really thought we could beat this." Brian was well-known and loved in the wildlife community for his enthusiastic videos about tropical animals.
His obituary praised his "passionate love for reptiles and wildlife, along with his unwavering commitment to education". "Our deepest sympathies are with Brian's family, his friends, and all those whose lives he touched," the statement continued. "We've lost an exceptional person a visionary, mentor, and friend.
