James Anderson’s donation to Scottish football has topped £3million.The Edinburgh-based investor is set to give our game a huge shot in the arm, as revealed by last week.Hearts fan Anderson, who has pumped millions into the Jambos in the last six years, has now gifted a whopping £3,125,000 to the four divisions.All 42 clubs are in line for a £50,000 grant to help ease the financial strain of the coronavirus crisis.The money comes without strings attached - other than clubs provide evidence of community benefit.And Anderson says there will be more donations forthcoming as Scottish football looks to ride out the Covid storm.
