Kate Middleton and Prince William urged radio listeners to speak out about their mental health in a radio broadcast this morning.
In a minute-long message recorded in their Norfolk home, Duchess of Cambridge, 38, told listeners that it is "okay to ask" how a loved one is coping while the Duke of Cambridge Prince William, 37 urged people to 'reach out' to someone who might need support.
The royal couple were part of the Mental Health Minute message, which also featured celebrities such as pop star Dua Lipa, actor David Tennant and boxer Anthony Joshua.
